If you are a group from 6 to 16 people, you have the main building with 8 double bedrooms with bathroom ensuite. The villa, with private pool, also has a big dining room with seat for 24 guests, SAT TV living room, fireplace living room and kitchen.
The original construction is some 700 years old with stone walls. The owners have managed to keep many of the traditional features of the original building - arched and vaulted ceilings, the oil press, rooms for storage of the oil and other features of the house. All the rooms have been furnished with antique Mallorca-furniture and the whole property has a great deal of character and charm. On the ground floor is to be found all the communal rooms. There is a large vaulted dining room, an original and very large open fireplace, a spacious hall, the old olive press with all its working parts intact. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two fridges and is fully equipped. In the dining room you'll find all plates, glasses and cutlery for about forty people.
Half way up the stairs there is a small landing area that leads off to a double en suite room with a small lounge area that can accommodate two extra beds if required.
On the first floor there are seven delightful double rooms each with en suite bathroom. There is also a spacious common room with Sat TV (Hispasat), DVD and CD Player, which leads to the exterior of the house, gardens and the swimming pool. All the rooms have windows or balconies with lovely views to the mountains and open countryside.
A delicious breakfast is included in the price, and other meals are available upon request and for an additional cost.
